The handling of Giotto Image is very simple and it works fast! With a two-click-operation you can start an examination (using DICOM modality worklist). The automatic exposure control (AEC) optimizes contrast l evel while using lea st necessary exposure dose. Immediately after the exposure the image is available on the Acquisition Workstation while Giotto Image is ready for the next exposure.

The whole procedure is mostly automatic and selfexplaining so that the technician can concentrate on handling and positioning the patient. Once the examination is done the images are sent to the Review Workstations and to the PACS archive by simply closing the study.
