The Giotto Image employs a SELENIUM2 second generation Selenium detector delivering high speed image acquisition and short cycle times. Direct conversion combined with highly sophisticated post processing guarantee outstanding image quality.

At the same time optimal combinations of anode and filter materials provide optimal contrast at lowest possible dose levels (microdose concept). Algorithms especially developed for breasts with implants allow simultanous diagnosis of tissue and implant integrity.

Giotto Image detector is available in two different sizes: 24 x 30 or 18 x 24 cm.
